Because this approach differs from our conventional western thinking, it is easier to explain with an example.<\/p>\n<p>Think of the last time you had to make a difficult decision.<br \/>\nPart of you probably felt a certain way about the decision, while another part of you had an entirely different view.<\/p>\n<p>Or think about how childish you can be when you argue with somebody you love. In this process, you can achieve a deeper contact with your inner self and your true potential.<br \/>\nInternal personalities that pull in different directions learn to listen and understand each other better and become part of your inner self.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You get to know yourself<\/strong><br \/>\nin ways that you can only imagine.
