Dance Therapy

is a method based on finding the body’s spontaneous expression, and allowing these to develop into a theme.
We start with a warm-up where we discover the day’s expression, which can be everything from hate, grief or joy.

Together we play with this physical character and let it take its own form. Finally, we work on giving this physical expression a symbol, for example an image of a spoken story.

“I have one small drop of knowing in my soul.
Let it dissolve in your ocean.”
Rumi

QUIETNESS
Inside this new Love, die.
Your way begins on the other side.
Become the sky.
Take an axe to the prison wall.
Escape.
Walk out like someone suddenly born into color.
Do it now.
You´re covered with thick cloud.
Slide out the side.
Die and be quiet.
Quietness is the surest sign that you´ve died.
Your old life was a frantic running from silence.
Be speechless – full moon comes out now.
Rumi
