Myofascial Release / Structural Bodywork
is a manual therapy technique focused on underlying connective tissue (myofascia) to release tension/holding patterns that restrict movement, circulation and posture.
This powerful form of bodywork can be given for specific problems such as musculoskeletal pain and structural/movement limitations.
It does not follow the Rolfing 10-series but shares a focus on three-dimensional structural balance, better posture, performance, flexibility and fluidity in the body.
While it is a natural compliment to yoga, pilates, dance, sports and martial arts, this technique is also highly effective in releasing the physical holding, tension and stress of everyday life.
Session length is 45 minutes.
